How to Order

This website provides secure online credit card payment facilities.

The right-hand column of each web page displays links to the Order forms where you can specify the items and quantities you wish to purchase and Shopping Cart links to check and process your order.

As you add to your order, the quantities and values will display in the shopping cart box.

First-time Users

You will need to complete the "New Account" form and specify your billing and delivery information before your order can be processed.  We will instantly email you confirmation of the account and login details you have specified.

Login & Payment Problems

If you have difficulty logging into your account or accessing the secure payment server, please check the following list of possible problems and solutions:

  • Old web browsers
  • Browser setting problems

1. Old Browsers
Old browsers (eg. Netscape ver. 4 or Explorer 4) cannot accommodate the levels of security that are now essential on the Internet. You will need to install an up-to-date web browser to be able to access the secure area of the IPTA website.

To obtain a replacement browser, you can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from the Microsoft website. (http://www.microsoft.com)

2. Browser Settings
If you have a recent web browser, then the problem could be your privacy or Java settings. To access the secure areas your browser must accept "cookies". If your browser is set to reject "cookies" then you will not be able to login.

PC Users
To check your Internet Explorer settings, select "Tools" then "Internet Options" from the menu bar at the top of your browser window. In the Internet Options window, select the tab labelled "Privacy". This contains a slide bar that enables you to accept or reject cookies.

Apple MacIntosh Users
In the Explorer browser for MacIntosh there is a security setting in the Options menu: "restrict access to non-java class files". This setting is enabled by default. You must disable this setting to access the site.

Repeat Customers

Login to "Your Account" with the email address and password used when you opened your account. 

If you have lost your password, use the "Forgot your Password" form and it will be emailed to you.

Processing Your Order

"View Order" enables you to check, amend or cancel your order.

When ready to proceed, you can login to your account by either clicking the "Purchase" button at the bottom of the View Order page or the link to "Your Account" in the right-hand column. 

If you want your order delivered to the address specified when you opened your account, click the "Deliver To" button beside your order.  To check or amend the delivery details, use the "Edit" button.

If needed, options are provided for you to "Add another delivery address" or "Edit your personal details".

When you click the "Deliver To" button, the full billing, delivery and order details will be displayed together with any tax and freight charges.

If ready to continue, click the "Credit Card" button.

Enter your credit card details in the boxes at the bottom of the form. If your payment is accepted, an online invoice will be displayed. You can print this, if required. 

You must click the link at the top or bottom of the invoice to complete your order.  An email version of your invoice will be sent to you.
